Darryl White, began Innovative Forms in 1987, three years after graduating from the University of Alabama. He graduated with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration and a major in Marketing. He also received
a football scholarship and played for the legendary Paul "Bear" Bryant from 1979-1982.
Darryl has spent most of his life in the Birmingham area and married a California girl in 1983. They have four
children, Riley, Ramsey, Chaney and Reagan.
Providing products to clients nationwide with innovation, competitive pricing and unsurpassed service has allowed the
company to remain viable in the changing printing industry.
Innovative Forms is not the only company that Darryl started. In 1998, a sister company named Innovative Billing
Solutions, entered the outsourced printing and mailing of statements industry. IBS sends out nearly 3 million statements
and letters a year.
Patti Mollica - Sales and Marketing
Patti Moliica is the newest edition to Innovative. Patti began her career in January of 2008 to head up the sales
and marketing area of the Company.
Patti is originally from Gulfport, MS and has lived in the Birmingham area for several years. With her years of
sales and marketing experience, Patti brings her skills and expertise to Innovative to handle the national accounts.
Lori Yarbrough - Accounting
Lori Yarbrough began with Innovative in April of 2005 as the office manager. Lori has extensive experience in the
accounting field and also handles many customer service issues. Lori is also proficient in Microsoft Publisher and Photo
shop, as she lends a hand in many of the graphic needs of the company.
Lori grew up in the Florida area and has been a resident of Alabama for over 15 years. Her sincere and customer
oriented attitude has made her a valuable employee of Innovative. Lori has one son named Justin.
